Impeccably clean hotel in an extremely clean building adjacent to Chinatown, other facilities and the restaurant. Great-sized and bright rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. Good service, helpful staff.

The rooms at Hays Suites Hotel were really cozy and comfortable. I loved the spacious seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Nairobi. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice bonus, allowing me to catch up on my favorite shows. The private bathroom was clean and well-equipped with a bidet, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. the room had a homely feel which made my stay even more enjoyable.
One thing that I didn't really like was the tile/marble floor in the double room. It felt a bit cold and impersonal, but I understand that some people might prefer this modern touch.

i liked the breakfast, the food was outstanding. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the hotel has exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location just next door to the restaurant and a 4 day safari and chinatown. popped in sierra brasserie for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue.

Magnificent and perfect location for our visit to Gracia Gardens at a medium distance from the hotel. Bright and spacious rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge.

Spacious room and good shower facilities. Warm water always available for a comfortable bath.- The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.
No parking within the premises, but external parking is secure. Limited TV channels, only basic programs like news on YouTube.
